Transformed Leaders

Having discovered within our family of churches those leaders who have Barnabus-like gifts, we are seeking to bring along side them others who may be encouraged, built-up, coached and mentored, rebuked, taught, and exposed to models of leadership and ministry that will enrich them in their own walk and service with Jesus.

Is there a John Mark who needs to be salvaged for Kingdom purposes and re-commissioned, encouraged and helped to start out again on a missional journey? Is there a Saul who could be a St. Paul, if someone will see in him, or speak up for her, in ways that would enable the Body to embrace and affirm them, disciple them, commission them and set them free for God’s purposes for them in His Church?

Without Barnabus there might have been no John Mark and St. Paul contributions to the New Testament writings. A large portion of story, truth, exhortation and encouragement would have been denied us – though, of course, God would have found another way.
