Rev. Kathy Smith
|
Congregational Health Associate Rev. Kathryn Smith Kathy’s earnest desire is to see the church of Jesus Christ reach its full kingdom potential by empowering its structural, spiritual and human resources and identifying and navigating through common obstacles to its strength and growth. She has viewed congregational life from many perspectives both lay and pastoral. Her understanding of the church’s complexities with her desire to encourage congregations in ministries of reconciliation, healing and hope give Kathy a strong foundation for assisting congregational life, health and growth. Queensway, Springford and Dundas Baptist churches, Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation and Associates Resourcing the Church (ARC) have and continue to shape Kathy’s pastoral leadership development. |
