This binder was created to help people like you organize your personal affairs and estate planning details. By investing time to complete the sections of this binder, you will be blessing your loved ones.

This information will also help should you ever become incapacitated, thus requiring that your Power of Attorney for Property and/or Power of Attorney for Personal Care needs to act on your behalf. In addition, this completed binder will provide the information your Estate Trustee needs to finalize your Estate. Compiling this information will allow your loved ones to make effective decisions regarding your Estate. Decisions that respect your intentions and honour your memory. Most importantly your loved ones will be able to focus on celebrating your life and grieving your passing.
