The CBOQ's new Accreditation program provides for a variety of levels of Accreditation for ministry personnel in our churches. For ministry candidates employed for more than 15 hours a week, this orientation will provide accreditation with CBOQ. In addition, the retreat is mandatory for the credentialing stream moving towards ordination in the CBOQ.

The New Pastor's Orientation retreat takes place over 4 days, offering overnight experience, guest speakers, worship, and information sessions. Spouses are welcome to attend.

The ultimate goal is that new ministry leaders and their spouses will have ample opportunity to learn about the opportunities and services offered by the CBOQ and our partners, will meet CBOQ and partner staff, interact with one another over a longer period of time and be encouraged and informed to increase effectiveness in their ministries.

Next year's retreat will be held April 4 to 7, 2011
