   This manual is a helpful tool for Pastoral Search Committees to use with step by step guidelines and procedures.
   

3. CHURCH VACANCIES

   Churches are encouraged to provide a description of their ministry opportunities to be listed on the Ministry Openings web page.  Once a pastoral search committee has progressed to the point of having a leadership profile defined, they will be eligible to have access (with their agreement to maintain complete confidentiality) to a package including a list of pastors open to a new ministry opportunity, along with their resume summary.
