A Challenge

As part of the new strategic plan at CBOQ, a Personal Growth Plan Booklet has been developed that can assist you in the development of a growth plan for your life. In addition, CBOQ launched a year-long initiative encouraging all CBOQ pastors to develop a growth plan in their own lives, and then to assist their congregations in intentional growth and development.

CBOQ believes that a personal growth plan is one way that we as leaders can model our intentional commitment to personal development and growth. Focusing on spiritual, intellectual, relational and ministry goals, a personal growth plan assists people in focusing their life and energy. If leaders are intentional, it is that much more reasonable to expect that those they lead are being led towards intentionality in their walk with Christ.

The Ministerial Resources Committee is committed to helping you develop and implement your plan.

This resources is free of charge for CBOQ Pastors for their personal use. Please download and copy as required, or you can request your own hard copy by contacting Elaine Lui (elui@baptist.ca), 416-620-2933.

For non-CBOQ pastors, a $5.00 contribution is requested for a downloaded copy and a $10.00 contribution is requested for a hard copy.

 Additional copies can be purchased at $5.00 each.
